Haridwar: 634 Corona positive including 11 saints, 71 found in IIR Roorkee only
In Haridwar district, 634 new kovids have been found on the day of the weekly Kovid curfew. Additional Municipal Commissioner Haridwar, senior ophthalmologist of the district hospital and a senior police inspector have been found to be Kovid positive.
On the other hand, nine saints of Shri Panchadashnam Juna Akhara and two saints of Panchayati Akhara Shri Niranjani were found positive in the Kovid inquiry report. A total of 81 saints have been corona positive so far. A kovid infected has also died in the district. The speed of Kovid infection in Haridwar is increasing day by day. On Sunday, IIT Roorkee got the highest number of 71 kovids infected.
There were positive reports of 35 people in Mayapur region, 20 in Patanjali Yoga Village, 10 in Patanjali Yogpeeth and nine in Acharyakulam.
